Dura-Tuff grouser bars (undercarriage part), manufactured
from steel allow containing premium boron, manganese,
and titanium, are used to replace the grouser treads on
tracked vehicles when they have worn down. This alloy
allows our grouser bar to be the strongest, most durable
and long lasting grouser bar available.
Dura-Tuff grouser bar has been proven in hard rock mining
and extreme tar sands operations to be the ultimate solution.
Dura-Tuff® Wear Products is committed to the highest
standard in quality. Our grouser bar is heat treated to
the core and is thru-hardened to an average Rockwell-C
hardness of up to 53.
Dura-Tuff Wear Products, LLC has more than 500 tons
of grouser bar inventory on-site. This enables us to ship
all our orders quickly, minimizing your downtime. Additionally,
this undercarriage part saves the end-user thousands of
dollars per machine compared to re-shoeing.
